Terms of Service

By accessing or using WriteStack (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.

WriteStack provides tools that help writers create, manage, schedule, and analyze Notes, posts, and related content across supported platforms. Additional features may include automation, analytics, content generation, AI-assisted editing, and browser extensions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant WriteStack a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

When using the official WriteStack browser extension ("Extension"), you acknowledge that the Extension automatically collects and processes Notes, articles, engagement data, usage statistics, and other non-paywalled content for operational functionality. The Extension does not collect or access paywalled or subscriber-only content.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Attempting unauthorized access or reverse engineering
  • Interfering with Service functionality or infrastructure
  • Harassing or abusing other users
  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass pricing, feature limits, or promotional restrictions
  • Exploiting free trials, discounts, referral programs, or affiliate promotions in a repeated or abusive manner
  • Promoting, advertising, or distributing affiliate or referral links through any form of paid advertising, including but not limited to search ads, social media ads, display ads, retargeting, sponsored content, or any other paid media
  • Using fraudulent or suspicious payment methods

Eligibility for free trials, promotional offers, referral programs, and discounts is determined at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit, revoke, or deny promotional access without notice if abuse or manipulation is suspected.

Some features of WriteStack are offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.

If an account is suspended or terminated due to suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms, refunds may be denied except where required by applicable law.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or via email.

We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, suspend, terminate accounts, or block account creation at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Trial or promotional abuse
  • Multiple account creation to bypass Service limits
  • Affiliate or referral manipulation
  • Fraudulent or suspicious payment behavior
  • Activity that negatively impacts Service integrity, performance, or other users

We are not obligated to provide detailed explanations for such actions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WriteStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that WriteStack may collect, process, and analyze aggregated and anonymized data derived from your use of the Service ("Anonymized Data") for purposes including, but not limited to, research, statistical analysis, industry reporting, and the creation of articles, publications, and other written works.

Anonymized Data is data that has been irreversibly de-identified such that it cannot reasonably be used, alone or in combination with other information, to identify you or any other individual user. Under no circumstances will your name, contact information, account credentials, or any other personally identifiable information be disclosed, published, or attributed in connection with such analysis or publications.

You expressly consent to your aggregated, anonymized usage data being included in the pool of data used for the foregoing purposes. WriteStack retains all intellectual property rights in any analyses, reports, articles, or publications produced using Anonymized Data.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
